patsy....re: "bad news magnets" i guess i at times have been lumped into this category by the extreme zealots....they are no worse then my experiences iran when the shah fell....so they don't bother me... i try to be objective, i tend not to look at the numbers that a company churns out.....i look at subtle changes in the habits and actions of upper management....dell changed its posture towards the market in february of 99......read my posts......this was the initial warning sign for "dell the stock".......which is what we all should be concerned about....i'd love to see it go up, as i am liable for 11.5shares at an assigned 34.....but management and the "almighty mikey" must worry about good folks as you and put their personal wealth building aside for a few quarters and again reward the shareholders who bought on fundamentals and faith over the past year....they act as they are a privately held company...the street is a whole different game...either learn as a ceo to play it, or find new blood that realizes the value of a positive forward vision... don't worry..be happy ed a.
