Bill, it's not necessarily true that NT's enterprise business was off 5% due to market share losses to Cisco.

Cisco holders BETTER PRAY that the NT enterprise business being flat was not the direct result of Y2K issue holding back corporation from upgrading/buying routers.

If that's the case, CSCO will report flat or marginal revenue gains in the coming quarterly report since bulk of their business is from enterprise -- and there will be readjustment of CSCO's share price accordingly.

I would NOT hold CSCO right now if I were you guys -- not necessarily saying to go into NT but with all the risks associated with the Feds and the quarterly numbers which may not meet the consensus estimate -- you have a potential for major correction in CSCO share price.

>>NT's enterprise business is down, which means they are losing there to CSCO.

You must be right because Cisco has said they will make their numbers. Seems nearly every time the "competition" lays an egg Cisco has to remind people that they're Cisco. You'd think people would learn from experience.

So it may be routine but that's a far better performance than what the others dish up.
