If Mr. Greenberg is a "generalist" then why is he talking about something as specific as reserves and software capitalization? Greenberg is acting as a mouthpiece for the Shorts. Why? The Shorts have been hammering on THQ's accounting practices for some time. This has been known to all informed longs for many months. For instance, at the last CC it was Chanos who brought it up. Its been posted numerous times on many boards. Greenbergs piece was not fit for print since it provided nothing new. btw, I don't call him "Herb" since he's not my friend, or do I know him. I just know that he is announcing for the opposing team and I have lost a great deal of respect for his "unbiased" reporting.
