Good points, particularly "If QCOM were at 200 in the beginning of June, say, you could probably get more than 5 bucks for the Jul 250s in that month alone." Many possible options here, and I'm not entirely comfortable with any of them. I'm sure most folks have regretted selling calls on Q. Will be interesting to see how it goes. Though, gimme 250 and I'll be gone on a very long vacation. We'll discuss this from my laptop on the beach in New Zealand next winter.

PS. "«" is the character for "1/2". It shows as "1/2" on my screen. Maybe you are displaying in a different symbol set that shows it as something else?

Wondering where the traders/hedgers here plan on covering the calls written. Since I'm not hedged at all and am just looking for a place to pick up some more Q...it appears that, on a 60-minute chart, this breakout downwards should lead us to 100-112 target. I've tentatively set that range as my time to buy. What are y'all thinking?

Thanks for any comments.
