Well Norm, we'll have to agree to disagree. Imo, the minute this company's stock was halted and a lawsuit was filed by the SEC, the emphasis drastically shifted to just keeping the corporate entity afloat and not jeopardizing the company financial status spending the additional capital that would have been required to permit the processor to operate 350x7x24. It wasn't until the past couple of months that the price of fuel oil has risen to a price that would provide the necessary profitability in the Charleston market. As for KPI, I know of nothing that would indicate to me that the licensing deal negotiations have been canceled. If they had been, I'm sure that GRNO's attorney would have required a news release stating such, in order not to fall afoul with regulators once again. Do you know something we don't know? As for the fairy godmother, isn't that essentially what we are all waiting for, that BC will be able to succeed in some measure to restore value to all of our investment in the company or LP?? Nobody is forcing anyone to hold their stock. And we should give credit, where credit is due, because it would have been pretty easy for BC to shut the doors and completely destroy ANY HOPE of ever being able to see even a partial return on our money. I can't sit here and count the numerous issues that leave me frustrated about this situation. However, when compared to BC opting to lock up and declare Chapter 7 bankruptcy for GRNO, I have to face the fact that my publicly b*tching and moaning about it certainly doesn't make the situation any better. Just my opinion, Norm. Regards, Ron
