Ron: I must respond. Your question to Norm asking if he knows something we don't has gotten old as a response, is snide, and diversionary. I believe more to the point is do you know something that we don't that would provide any reason to believe BC, or that the KPI deal is still on.

Norm's report of financial support being offered to get the processor running deserves an honest and reasonable response. It has gotten neither.

As to the lawyers assuring that a press release would be issued if the dealing was off, I believe past history answers this question. As to being forced to hold stock, the only reason to sell this nearly worthless investment is tax losses. Not everyone is able to take them. Holding it is at least like playing the lottery, and doesn't cost much more at this point. There are many options available other than bankruptcy, but even that may be preferable if the courts appoint a competent receiver or director. That would also force full accounting disclosure, something BC has refused to give shareholders, or partners as far as I know. That accounting might give us all some interesting information as to BC's assets and how he obtained them, how much has really been spent on GRNO (not his own businesses and lifestyle), and a better idea as to what financial recovery might be made for shareholders and partners.

I received little response or encouragement when asking for an open discourse late last Fall. This was presumably either because of a lack of full understanding of recourse available, some shareholders having taken their tax loss and moved on, your emphasis on only negative results from bankruptcy, or perhaps even lack of interest. your only suggestion is to wait out KPI (or some other potential bailout, based on no, repeat no, objective EVIDENCE of honest reports or potential success) or for the SEC to take action which may destroy any possibility of recovery for most of us.

My hope is that MY publicly b*tching and moaning will stimulate some positive activity on the part of shareholders and partners. Frankly, your approach seems to me to suggest that if you are being raped, just lay back and enjoy it. It is neither enlightened, reasonable, just, correct, or constructive in my opinion. Yes, we disagree!! Regards to all, Carl
