Ausdauer, SNDK sold new shares recently at little more than half of today's close. Not long after that, they announced a massive one-time gain on the semi plant.

Since SNDK was anything but broke before the offering and has yet to spend any of the money they raised, why do you think they were in such a rush to build up their warchest?

Ausaduer, I don't recall any comments here on the news about UMC's technology deal with IBM to develop 0.13u chips within a year. If you could make flash that small, it would cut chip costs by 75%.

And, SNDK now owns about 1% of UMC ... which should help move them to the front of the line for this hot technology :-)

Congrats, Aus, to you and all of us. I think we have a great run to come. The only issue may be whether, a year or two from now, production of flash ramps up too quickly and overshoots demand. Any thoughts on whether and when that might happen, and how, if at all, we might see it coming?
