The audit caught my eye --- and the change in story regarding waiver from Rogers. On CC Rakib said they'd received it and been able to recognize revenue. The SEC document says they weren't.

Isn't TERN required to make a public statement regarding any material changes? If so, have they brought anything out on the waiver denial from Rogers? If what they say in the SEC doc is true, they claimed revenues at the end of the quarter that are being disallowed, a fact that could lead to a re-statement of numbers.

I notice they announced the secondary on 1-26-00. I would think the other comments are equally "material." Not only does it throw their bottom-line in question, but the status of their business with one of their major customers.
