Howard, you really have to listen to the interview with John Schmitz that is out today:
wallstreetnewscast.com

It is clear to me that the man is not a financial genius. His performance shows he is an Emperor with no clothes. I am still laughing at how long he has carried off this thing. It is no wonder that they discontinued those Meet The Management Meetings. This is a case where More is Less.

Btw, don't try to drink and listen to the guy if your keyboard and monitor are not covered up.

From the interview:

John Schmitz sees PABN as . . . more focused now as a dot com development company. Hahahahahahaha.

Who would have thought that from looking at all of their press releases over the past year and a half? Hahahahaha.

Also from the interview, John Schmitz is talking about the federal thrift: We are in the final stages of our application for that. Hahahahahaha. Since last April they have been about to file this application. I hope to heaven the guy never gets constipated. He could be in the loo forever. Hahahahahaha. John will you be out before you get that application filed? Hahahahahahahaha.

He sees the first spin-off as being called Keystates Banc Shares. What is KeyStates going to be made up of? Why FirstStates, CodeCare, the bank and the mortgage company. Hahahahahaha.

FirstStates is the joint venture formed to make the application to be a bank.
Bank? What bank? NO APPLICATION IS FILED.
Mortgage company? Hahahahahaha. They dumped RMC last June. Hahahaha. What mortgage company. Someone better slip John a new script. Hahahahahaha
CodeCare? A medical billing component along with an alleged plan to be a bank? I just have to see the application they are sending to the Office of Thrift Supervision. Hahahahahaha.

What a game plan. What a mish-mash. Lord, what a wonderful country.

What about Insider Trader you might ask? Why that will be spin-off number 2. Hahahahahahaha.

They will build off their current base opening offices in New York, Florida and Las Vegas. Hahahahahaha. Boca was such a success they are taking it national? Hahahahahaha.

We want to go to Nasdaq on that one too. Hahahahahaha. TOO????? Hahahahahahahaha. Planning a day trip to look at the new NASDAQ multi-story TV screen is he? Hahahahahahahaha. What on earth was he smoking before this interview?

Mr. Schmitz, please stop. You are just a laugh riot.

If people are trying to figure the value of PABN shares what might they look at?

Well Johnny says "I feel in a company you have to look at the people . . ."

Is that what he has done in choosing personnel with MOB linked companies on their résumés? Just how closely does he look at these people he has hired?

But he does go on to say that they have streamlined the company and "gotten rid of some dead wood and some redundancies . . . ". I wonder if he is talking about Charlie Vaccaro and Faustino Pugliese here when he is talking about chopping away dead wood? Where are Charlie and his 100M shares these days? Is he still on the board of directors? What happened to Faustino's shares too?

Just how big is that float now?

If people want more information on PABN, where might they go? Thankfully he didn't say "Go look at the SEC Filings." Hahahahahaha. That would have been just too, too funny.

But what he did say was go to the website. Then he started to list them but stopped, saying "They are all linked together." Hahahahaha. They may not all be up and working but by Lord they are all linked together.

Quick some one call Bill Black. He has a few links to put in on those websites. Think he will link to the last two year's Press Releases while he is at it? Hahahahahahaha.
