Hi Ptaskmaster,my answer is nope.North American palladium is the only one that is increasing production and that will take its time.Establishing a mine is not a push button operation and all the enviroment impact studies don't speed it up either.I am afraid the users of platinum / palladium are at the mercy of the Russian mafia there.The recent requirement of the industry for platinum / palladium metals has overcome the supply.I still believe if the price stays high that exploration and supply will increase to smooth out this bottleneck.
But it all takes time....
