Joe, IMO CHIP is appreciating on speculation for a merger with a private e-commerce company. Look at the SEC filings for details, it doesn't get much clearer where CHIP's going. I had speculated a potential value for CHIP at $0.40+, that may be too low a target. Look at another shell I bought just a few weeks ago, CECS, for $0.05/share. It absorbed a e-commerce photography company. That stock hit $0.45 today, and I suspect it will go even higher in the future. This isn't brain surgery, CHIP is an even better shell than CECS was and will eventually be more valuable. Even though I bought a lot of CHIP at $0.017, I bought more today at $0.0775 on the correction. Today's correction was to be expected since the stock was running faster than the upper bollinger, the stock was out of control. The correction today puts it back in control and I expect to see appreciation again. Could my expectations fail, of course. That's the risk in the penny market.
