LG, That about sums up why I don't call. If I am having problems with QCharts; others in different cities and countries are having problems; yet other internet services and my PCQuote feed are working; and I can still ping QCharts servers in 30-80ms... well, then I know its not me. When it works, its terrific and good value. I could not envision using Tradestation without some sort of backup, server-fed/refreshed system. I do hope they sort things out. I guess an alternative -- and as an ex (well, dormant) Windows on Wall Street user I can't hardly believe I'm going to say this -- but I guess an alternative is windowonwallstreet.com They have a monthly billing deal somewhat like QCharts now... mw
