The long awaited (& dreaded) i-word has started to show in the numbers (not to mention that growth is still surging). The GDP/price deflator/ECI numbers last Friday give the Greenman the cover he needs to get the attention of the irrationally exuberant market - without so stating. Will the greenguy do it? - or is he still in the incremental mode.......... Or as Brinker has reminded again. FOMC meets again in 6-weeks, or they could sneak another quarter point rate hike in at any time.... He emphasized again yesterday, that he still feels strongly the the FOMC should raise margins (from 50 to about 80%).
