OTOTOTOT Eric L: Realizing that I was cluttering up this thread with WCDMA et al, I did repost the Japan part of my post here on the Q SP 500 thread. Now I find you have answered here. While I am tempted you copy your answer (which IMO is excellent BTW) there, think I best leave that to you. Fortunately I left out the smart card part, so whatever you wish to do on that and when is completely up to you. I do hope you will share your view with them there though when you think appropriate.
