I have seen the blank charts problem about 3 times in over a year. I may have deleted my temp folder about the same number of times experimenting not for those times. The user's fault? All users don't have problem. Even with matt's account of email and calls, we don't know how wide spread any problem is. Hate to see you leave unless you feel you have something better for you. Credit cards are about the easiest thing to get in our society and the easiest way for a company to do business. Cash in the form of checks is not preferred by most companies. You might find it a problem to find the company that does want the check.
