This has been discussed many times before. DELL is basically exercising his stock options. He is not reducing his ownership. He is diversifying.

rude..."msd stock sales"

i find it interesting that few realize that msd accrued his billions, not as a direct result from his ceo position at dell, but from the tremendous increase in the value of his initial shares of dell stock...

so how does a stock appreciate in price?

and why does not msd care about protecting those that ran the stock up in price?

if it wasn't for shareholders, "mikeys" net worth would be a great deal less!!!
