Leigh, Hi!! RE: Dell is 43.4% owned by Institutions. Has this percentage changed this week? Quite a buying opportunity here...Imagine DELL management may be feeling that the previous pressure to continue meeting all expectations amidst any problems is now relieved...Just perhaps this "new bottom" psychology may be the best thing in the long run for DELL longs...
