Joan, Happy Super Bowl Sunday! Go.....err.. who's playing? What a nice way to start the day, a post from you and PM from the Master, Kevin Watson. Kevin sent me two LOL, PMP (pissed my pants) to start my day. That's the way SI used to be all the time, start your day laughing. I'd post Kevin's two LOLs but some people don't have a sense of humor and people these days have to worry about what they post. The truth is ALL major corporations have lawyers who are on salary. These guys are often pissed to begin with working for a corporation. They are salary and they know they will never have the fame or make the bucks Johnny Race Card or F.Lee I'll have a double will make. So since these corporate lawyers are pissed anyway and get paid anyway, they can and will do what ever the corporation tells them. Like suing someone over a joke. So let's say Kevin had done some new stuff on CNBC, really LOL, PMP stuff. Would you post it if you were Kevin? Fear of being sued often comes before free speech these days and I think we all lose. That you are not reading Kevin's LOLs right now and not this post is a shame. This morning after the damn Yellow Dogs woke me in time to do two hours of DD before trading begins (they have no concept of a weekend or sleeping in) I got a cup of coffee and read my SI PMs and Joan's post. Kevin's post made me spit coffee all over my keyboard and monitor first thing this morning. I miss the SI that used to make me LOL all the time. It is easy to remember when the web changed. It was the BizWire/WebNode3 thing. When we learned SI will give your name up in a hot second and that you can be sued for trying to make some people with a stick up their a$$, laugh. Hey Kevin, think of that expression. A couple thousand years ago, Roman troops were sitting around the camp fire on the cold ground and one guy was in a bad mood and they said "what's wrong with him?" Answer: "Oh he has got a ........." Joan, Did you watch the Super Bowl and the advertisements? CNBC just played the one I thought was the funniest, "MONEY COMING OUT THE WAZOO". Oh what a LOL I have every time I see that. Espesically how they joke at the medical treatment the patient gets, "Get this man a private room, he's got money coming out the Wazoo." "Insurance? This man has got money coming out the Wazoo!" On the other less brighter side, what a mindless waste of money for most of the .com companies. And that one with the chop sticks playing that says it is the worst commercial of the Super Bowl. They are being honest, if not the worst it was a close second. Just what we need, one more commercial you have to mute every time it comes on. Got2go, riding my MSTG SALLY this AM. 909S2U, Blue
