I know I have posted this before, but today for some reason the activity has really increased. I have been scanned about a dozen times in the last 24 hours....get this, from someone using the same ISP that I use. Should be easy enough for them to track the little scumbag down and execute him, but without Jammer I would not even know I was being scanned.

I urge everyone who logs onto the net to check into the following two links.

You will likely get an answer that says that P&F doesn't try to call the absolute tops or bottoms, just the bulk of the trend. I believe that this works well for the buy and hold types and it works well for me, though I have to augment my P&F with other forms of TA for short term stuff. In the spoo trading contest, I have tried various strategies using P&F as the foundation....so far I have blown up 3 times...

I do use P&F (and specifically the NYSEBP) solely to determine when I move my 401K into cash and then back into the market. My rough calculation is that the value of my 401K is up about 15% from where it would have been had I simply left it alone. When my 401k is in the market, I go exclusively into aggressive growth funds.
