Ned,

If you're going to go digging through incorporation filings, then maybe you might try to figure out what kinds of things are included in them.

RA = Registered Agent

Mr. Jeske obviously is the registered agent for Green Oasis.

In any state in which you incorporate, you must have a registered agent which provides a POC (point of contact) within the state for legal purposes.

Registered agents are not necessarily "principals" or officers of the company. They provide a in-state mailing address for the corporation.

You will find such a practice in every state.

Btw, try doing a search for Paul T. Jeske and see how many corporations for which he acts as a registered agent in the state of Florida.

Sorry if I sound annoyed, but you are asking questions for which you should be seeking the answers directly from the State of Florida corporation commission, not this board.

And besides, it makes you seem completely uneducated on the administrative requirements of state incorporation laws.

Regards,

Ron
