If I understand, you are saying that the times shown on YOUR T&S are NOT the times shown on the NASD tape?

If this is correct, could I ask WHY you would want to do this rather than have a "mirror" of the NASD tape?

What could I possibly care what the time is if it is delayed along the way - UNLESS you are trying to prevent us from KNOWING just what that delay is?

Is there ANY way one can find out just what the actual time of a trade as shown on the NASD tape would be?
