We are aware of the system slowness problems in quotes, chat, etc.

Management and Technical staff are working hard to get it corrected as soon as possible. I do not have an eta on it, nor details of the reasons for the problems. But we are aware, and attempting to solve it as soon as possible. Programming thinks they know the reasons for it, and what they need to do to correct it. But I don't have a timeframe , other than to assure you we'll do our best to solve it asap.

As soon as I have more information, I'll post it.
