Well, thank you Joan for clarifying what I thought I heard him say. It is the microchips, not the fusing, which will allow the paralyzed to stand up and walk. All thanks to his "investments". What a guy!

Some success is being reported on splicing fetal spinal cords into a person with a damaged spinal cord. This does not include completely severed spinal cords. It is not permitted in the USA and I am against it.
