It may be LVLTs asian presence, but I am becoming convinced that you can no longer lump Q LVLT & GBLX together as just fiber plays. Their prices are diverging and the timings of their rises and falls were quite different in this latest period of volitility. It may be that LVLT is perceived to be closer to a split than the others.
