GO*COM--Still trying to determine if NEXTWAVE ruling is a net positive or negative for Qualcomm. We know that bad blood flows between Salmasi and the rest of Q, LWIN recently stated (publicly) that it backed the FCC's decision to re-auction the spectrum, and it isn't exactly clear whether or not NEXTWAVE will go the standard CDMA route. Weren't they considering some different form of CDMA, perhaps based on fixed access as opposed to mobile? What is your understanding?
