anybody want to guess how many posts today will be off the topic of gold?

If the Gold thread is lucky, maybe two posts {at most} will be on topic? ahh why push the luck.

So is the Gold Post Mortem thread ready to throw in the hammer on its mandate? All this flogging of hedgers/producers etc by GATA, Butler, and alike may have actually hurt the investment community on this subject. With Gold more likely to head for new multiple decade lows in the coming months, what possible salvation could exist for this over valued industry. Supply near all times highs, price volatility excluding buying. What possible economical saviour exists? Over the last year, monetary policies have not resulted in the gold bull awaking. The commodities are as deep in its bear cave as deep as some of the African mines exist. Yes, sometime in the futures gold may be of extreme value again, but will SI exist then?

PS: This post doesn't count as one of the on topic discussions... lol
