There will be no buy out until there is some type of study, metallurgy, reserves.

I agree with you up to a certain point. In my opinion, it is too early for a buyout by let say Barrick. They could have outbid PFG at the auction and not have to pay up for it now. Although the preliminary results are extremely encouraging, I think that majors like to have more evidence that a future mine exists before they buyout the junior. The wildcard in this is Diablillos which they have to make a decision on very soon so they have to weigh all their options. In any case, it looks like we're in the sweetspot for the near future.

Not possible before they do some sort of sub-surface work.. IMO.

Arequipa had quite a bit of underground work done when Barrick took over.
