Craig...

Nice to see you back.

Anyone with any sense knows that you are one of the old-timers who approached this company in an unbiased manner. I'd like to think that I fall into that group, just looking for the facts, and putting up with the bad along with the good associated with this company hoping that in the end, the fibre channel market will be large enough to support my retirement down the road.

I have thought of selling many times over the past 4 years, if only to get away from the stress of owning this company. I too, was stunned in the conference call you alluded to. It was ugly, as were many of the other quarters going back all the way to '96. As many here have said all along, owning ANCR is not for the faint of heart, and should only be considered for the speculative portion of anyone's portfolio.

One thing about Greg Reyes's comment about turning down the Sun business. I've turned that whole comment over in my mind many times, and I can't figure out what he had to gain by making that comment. It is very puzzling to me. Why take the risk of offending Sun, even if the statement was true? Why not just keep your mouth shut and try to get the business at a later date? Nothing about it makes sense to me, considering that it came from the CEO of a company.
