Fred, so far so good

But the fat lady has not done her thing yet

But I'll take being 12+ ahead of where I entered--which is where it is right now -- to 12 below it, anytime -- when I am long, that is!

A couple of the things that I watch have not confirmed this move yet. But we shall know soon enough.

Heard the talking heads on CNBC say this morning that some of the newer voting members on the Fed were hawks but that since the Greenman is viewed as next to the Almighty himself, he will get his way -- and he apparently wants to keep going up 1/4 point at a time.

Not sure that they know what they are talking about or where they get this kind of inside scoop -- but about the only time I have the volume on is when I am on the tread-mill listening to squawk box; those guys can be quite entertaining at times.

BTW, does the Carp have anything new on this decline?
