You make me remember how when I took the boys to Toys R Us, they refused to walk down the Barbie aisle. They would make gagging noises and scream that they would be sick if forced to get too close to alll that pink.
It was rather like walking through a digestive tract that had just been coated with pepto-bismol.
I bet you were one of those little boys who tore the heads off his sister's paper dolls. My brother would occasionally agree to play with me, but his idea of a good time was having the dolls do high dives off the tops of the furniture. A lot of broken necks and spinal cord injuries were sustained.
Of course, even at 7, I was a person who tried to approach life in a positive way, so I cut all the heads off and put them on different bodies. Pat Boone became a cross dresser. Sweet Debbie Reynolds became a steroid momma with Ricky Nelson's body.
They got married and had little Shirley Temple babies with the heads of the McGuire sisters.
