I don't know who posted those particular pictures at that site.. I didn't know they were there until now... Lucky you just may know who posted those pictures, but the why part is a bit of a mystery. The Geocities user is donald_shields. Is this another alias for Swamp Boy? I know he has used a number of aliases on these boards. (Remember the time he even got caught on Yahoo, because he signed off with the wrong alias, then he sputtered that he was at a friend's house and didn't realize, etc. Yeah right. I bet his dog ate a lot of his homework too.)
