As long as the company doesn't put out another negative press release..I have never seen a company put such a negative spin on a press release to squelch a rally before.

And I quote from their last press release: "the potential delay in concluding the merger may compound the ongoing cash needs
required to complete activities relating to the merger. The Company currently does not
have funds to continue its operations through a substantial delay and there can be no
assurance that it will be able to obtain such funds on its own or that Telcam will be able
to continue the funding arrangement contemplated by the memorandum of understanding
executed with Telcam. Accordingly, there can be no assurance that the merger will be
concluded on the terms previously announced or at all."
Maybe the company was just caught flat footed in the last rally and needed the price lower for some strange reason..I don't know, but releasing this PR after the close when the stock was sure to pop the next morning did the trick.
I am not saying that USDI is not ready to pop now..just that I don't trust management and their timing..have heard others say the same thing..
Having said all that...if opportunity presents itself and the stock surges I may just buy a little myself..Just won't be throwing in the kitchen sink..
Cheers
