When EMC's price tapers off, I tend to add shares. You know a few here and a few there add up over time.

Do you think the stock will split after next earnings?

I haven't followed it closely, but I was not particularly disappointed with EMC's earnings.

JDN, as you know, the "3 nines" made it over to the SUNW thread. Of course, it was at first greeted with derision, but then rudedog contended that Sun's servers were no better.

A few outages like at eBay last year and you could be down to 3 eights.

I hope EMC can pull through a ton of DGN server sales, what with their pre-eminence in storage. The best thing about those DGN servers is that they all have intel inside. Their price/performance is great now and can only get better with Intel reducing cost dramatically this year, and should pass some of that along to customers like DGN. Let's see what happens.
