Another great PR coup for John Schmitz. He must be a public relations genius. Can this possibly be Adam Schuman's work too? The PanAmerican BanCorp attorneys are in the final stages of filing Form 10 S-B. As I understand the process, according to our attorneys, there will be an 'e' appended to the PABN symbol. This will not affect trading during this period. When the form becomes effective we expect the "e" will be dropped. Will you look at this? Another application in the throes of final preparation. Why is this company so constipated when it comes to making filings? So the E comes next week. Nowhere does he commit to getting a filing prepared that will let them avoid the Pink Sheets. So March 9 looks like a moving day for PABNE - from the OTCBB to the Pink Neighborhood. Now let's wait to hear what a good thing it will be for them to be trading on the pink sheets. Hahahahahaha. You know that post is coming. Think PCM will make it or will it be one of the other boiler room guys.
