After I posted TERN's S-3 revelations, one fund manager wrote that the contradiction between that and what was said on the conference call was a clear indication of fraud.

Yes, Pat. I indicated this as well, here, see Message 12712411 a well as on another board.

Again, viewing the facts presented objectively, one can only conclude that the SEC is investigating this matter (unless they're utter bufoons, which they're not), and/or TERN's management is reviewing the same trying "weasle" their way out this predicament with their lawyers (unless they're utter bufoons, which I don't think they are either).

No matter which way one's sees it, something is bound to "break" on this issue, & as an I investor in TERN shares, I would be greatly concerned.

Pat:

After I posted TERN's S-3 revelations, one fund manager wrote that the contradiction between that and what was said on the conference call was a clear indication of fraud.

Remember, what I said was preceded by a very large "IF":

Message 12707995

I have yet to see or hear independent evidence of the situation you describe.
