Claude et al. I listened to the call although I was working on something else as well so I may have missed some things.

Here's what I took from the call:
1. San Fancisco mine will be run for maximum possible ounces for next 6 mos. If gold is not at $330. by that time they will have to shut down while leaving ore stacked on the pad for extra cash flow.
2. They need 3 mos work to complete Vueltas.
3.Their balance sheet is fairly intact, there are no liens against them but they would not extend themselves further.
4. There is some interest in debt financing by Honduran banks.
5. They will pursue debt financing or any other beneficial alliances.

I am disappointed to see another victim in this industry, and that I attributed too much faith to management. They had a financing they had a new very qualified mine manager and they obviously were counting on cash flow from operations more than I realized.

Hope this is some help but realize it isn't much. Did you get a chance to listen Claude? You may be able to correct or elaborate on my quick overview. Ogi
