I've been with schwab for over 3 years and my expeirance has been the following. 1. Their most always polite and fast with phone calls. 2. the software (velocity) has pulled out my trade and sent it for review which delays which delays the fill by minutes or simpley doesn't fill. Their conformation of orders is sometimes so slow there worthless. 3. they will never admit they made a mistake. 4. To be eligible for low commissions you must have at least $50,000 in account. many times I have put in a limit order only to watch the stock go up a few minutes latter and not get filled because they review it.
