It would appear to me that Motorola has long ago pulled out from this fiasco. I doubt that the installations ALYA was involved in except for perhaps the initial basic simplistic designs still are using their technology. From my basic research they have nothing that anyone with a brain would want to have anything to do with. Their biggest hopes had been in the "distributor" network which allegedly was committed contractually to multi-million $ purchases. As we have all seen nothing of any consequence ensued after the PR hullabaloo. The last straw was the hot hype on the private label commitment from CSI which was supposed to produce $2 million in orders alone. Strange not one audited financial report ever came close to showing something close to those numbers.

The one thing left is for the S.E.C. to close the whole farce down. The leading edge technology claimed by ALYA in the end turned out to be nothing but a pipe dream. If not, every supposed partner would have easily been able and willing to put up a few million to support the ALYA effort.

In the end it will come to be hokum 100% as far as I can tell. That will not stop people from trying to promote stock manipulation though.

>>ANY MOVEMENT AT THIS PUNY LEVEL WILL BE VERY SIGNIFICANT.<<

Well, Jane, we certainly got that yesterday with a $.58 spike up. I wonder if this is for real or just some market maker tomfoolery. It will be very interesting to see what happens today.
