BEACH. Given Orct's #1 Euro stance, it's not surprising that Telefonica, a customer, wants to expand the nascent Latin market. of course, xDSL is just beginning to take shape there for both fixed and mobile, and Telefonica has a lot of experience in Euro in attatchment. the ITU 3g scene (if anyone follws) expects that all t1 be compliant with increased data bit rates by 2004-2005. that's a lot of xDSL between now and then
