Where do you get the 80%? That number is dead. It was based on a 20% spinoff, but now the spinoff is only 7% so the number is 93%.

As for differences due to outstanding options, I figured the .1 "variance" I suggested would allow for that. Can anyone post how many options there are outstanding for COMS?

At least we have a starting point, we can worry about adjustments as we go. Why don't we just say 1.3 shares plus or minus 20% and leave it at that, I doubt we'll be able to get more accuracy than that no matter how much we analyze.
