jeffry-- read the parker review above. The tannins are fine, IMO. I paid 75 a bottle and, I agree: it Is overpriced. Beringer res Cab is a better value

Jeffry and all: You guys are to high-brow for me. When I drink wine it usually is a Sutter Home White Zin about two years old and cold...my favorite...<g>

Actually I prefer a beer so cold it has ice crystals in it with a good cigar...on the patio of course...the better half would kill me if I smoked inside!

Just a simple Texas boy...

Regards,
LG

**OT**

Caymus puts out some top quality california wine at "affordable" prices.

One of the most stunning wines I have ever had is the 89 Chateau d'Beaucastel (spelling?).

Any suggestions for some great ice wines (available in the US)?
