L1, I have MSN at home they supposedly offer speeds up to 56K have a 56K modem never connect at more than 26,400 any ideas? TIA.
Looking forward to going to the seminar in Richmond Thursday night I will post when I get home. Do you think they will mind if I bring a tape recorder?

I called the ISP at least 5 times and they had me change my settings and properties so many different ways & times and NONE of them worked. It wasn't a problem until they changed their modems last week. I've already canceled my old service. Happy cable camper here...
