Ken, I still have a spread on SUNW, and I am thinking to roll it over. Just was wondering if I should hedge the puts I sold, with a 70 March.

SUNW may revisit $75 or lower IMHO, as to your anticipated correction
SUNW may be as low as $45 or lower (and still be grossly overvalued based on projected earnings).

Dear Ken: I certainly understand caution. Most of us have very large gains, at least in my case mostly unrecognized for tax purposes, which we would hate to lose, but on the other hand hate to pay Uncle Sam for until we actually HAVE TOO. Were mine in an IRA I probably would be much more active in selling, but alas they are all in a taxable account.
I would like to point out, for any that missed it, actually we had TWO (2) "corrections" in the NASDAQ in January (10% or greater pullback is technically a correction). Volatility is EXTREME now, YET SUNW held its price pretty well. I cannot see in any way shape or form SUNW retreating below say $65 in the foreseeable future no matter how you slice and dice it. JDN
