Hank,

<<<The key question is that out of all the cold suffers in the world, how many have the type of cold that doesn't respond.>>>

Judging from my family and friends that have tried Zicam, including myself, it's worked on every one of them. This is in the neighborhood of 20 people or so. I'm not saying there won't be failures, but so far, by my personal experience, Zicam works as advertised.

Paul

I agree that if people have a bad experience with the product on their first try they will abandon it. On the other hand, if it works the first time, but not the second then what? Will they use more of it? Will they keep using it until they finally get well and credit it to the Zicam? Or will they abandon it? Or will they reach the correct conclusion that the product works on some colds, but not on others? This will be interesting as it develops.

Even though you are short the stock, you apparently bought a sample of the product, which I also would have done if I had been in your shoes. If you haven't discarded it, you might continue to experiment on yourself if you start coming down with another cold. So far on me the score is 3 successes, 1 failure. For me that's good enough odds that I will keep some around. I certainly prefer the Zicam to the colds, and if I can get over even a few colds in just a day, that's great! I have 2 young boys (3-5) who go out into the world every day to collect viruses, so I expect to have plenty more opportunities to test the product before summer. <G>
