Uhhhhhh - right! Translation mostly likely that they don't have the money to pay a lawyer to litigate by the hour, and no one wants to do it on a contingency. My gut feeling is "not to worry," but of course you never know.

How did the rough draft surface? Attached to a nasty-gram? ("If you do not cease and desist immmediately my client has authorized me to file the attached and prosecute it vigorously.") It's really, really, rough, BTW, not at all impressive, although of course even a poorly drafted lawsuit is a pain in the tuchas.

BTW, even if they do serve you, the Nevada court won't have personal jurisdiction over you, most likely. I can explain that in detail if you don't have a lawyer.

I see SI is supposed to be a defendant, as well.
