Speaking of VIX... watch it Monday. If it continues up, the market has a high likelyhood of heading lower

Hi Mike,

I have seen you refer to the VIX on several occasions in recent posts; I am curious as to how you use the VIX to determine likely reversals -- and do you use it to help you with intra-day trading or position trading.

I am primarily interested in any techniques that you would care to share as to its usage in the context of position trading.
