Hi, fellas. I don't mind cigar smoke so can I visit? I've been thinking...and thinking...how can I and the rest of the technically challenged get more out of the thread besides just a seat-of-the-pants "feeling" about what to invest in? I read melinda's post today and realized that there are probably a bunch of us who could grasp concepts more easily if we could ask a dumb question or two. Ya gotta know it's a bit intimidating to jump in with something like "what's an enterprise resource?" right after someone like buck or Mike have done such great presentations...not to even MENTION the Project Hunt offerings. As I'm writing this it occurred to me that since I don't have a problem looking silly on the thread that I might be a clearing house for basic questions. Folks who just flat don't want to expose themselves as being unsophisticated could PM me and I'd ask their questions...actually might even get several of the same query. Someone could then step up and answer and a lot of us people reading would have little light bulbs go on over our heads. Just a thought... Back to the Crosby :)
