Here's a new document at the Maricopa recorder's office.

It appears to be related to Wilcher's countersuit, which she filed in opposition to the suit to evict her.

BTW, the docket at Superior court suggests that this case has not gotten very far yet. Mostly it just shows some records of the parties being served.
