Tony - I believed that the "gift" of a CMGi IPO - even if only 100 shares - was worth the hour or so it took me to open and fund an account, and respond to a couple of e-mail messages. The hassle was a small price to pay. I have seen a lot of complaining from others about the process and the customer service at Wit, but my experiences have all been positive. IMHO many of the problems some experience can be minimized or eliminated by thoroughly reading the instructions. Most computer users HATE to read instructions and it shows during the sign-up process for the DSP. Good luck, Jim
