Dear thecow: I agree wholeheartedly with you and I would not be surprised if that SPOKESPERSON were fired. Whether its correct or not, that was PRECISELY what should NOT have been said. I would say they got a good case there. JDN

If AOL were under the pressure that newsletter suggests; I would think they'd run a fix via an automatic update as subscribers log on.
